Aiken business-woman Kim Cooper has non-stop energy that keeps her in perpetual motion. In addition to real estate, she teaches group fitness classes and also plays USTA league tennis. “Exercise allows me to spend time with my friends and to step away from stress for a bit.” She has three children and began her real estate career over 19 years ago as a single mom which left her no room for error. Kim holds designations such as ABR, SRS, and e-Pro, but her energy and determination is what has made her so successful as a premier Aiken Realtor. She will not quit until she has exhausted her endless resources to help meet the real estate goals of her clients.

Katie has been a licensed Realtor for 3 years. Prior to becoming licensed, she began her career in real estate in marketing at the top real estate firm in Southeastern NC. It was here she learned the backside of the business and developed her passion for helping ensure a smooth process for clients. As a prior military spouse, Katie is very familiar with the stresses of moving and strives to make this change as easy as possible for all involved. Her passion for real estate, the small details, and the thrill of helping you make the right move drive her to deliver excellent customer service and hold herself to the highest standard possible.
Kyndall Stewart

With over 10 years in graphic design and marketing in the real estate world, Kyndall Cooper is the one who brings our advertising to life. She has an eye for design and makes our marketing materials stand out amongst competition. Kyndall has a Bachelors in Graphic and Web Design from the University of South Carolina-Aiken. She has also done artwork for various musicians - Darius Rucker, Keith Urban, Luke Combs, & Zach Brown Band to name a few. Kyndall handles all branding, digital & print advertising, website design, as well as coordinating our luxury home photo and video production.
